ESTABLISHMENT OF JP BRIDGE
The new platform to support export, logistics, distribution, and promotion for Japanese food
We are pleased to announce that we newly established a company named JP Bridge Limited. The company is a joint venture company of Jupiter Global Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Jupiter Global") and Agri-Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Agri-Holdings"). This new company will provide a platform to support import, logistics, distribution, and promotion of Japanese products in Hong Kong.
Jupiter Global, headquartered in Hong Kong, is an international logistics company with JAL Group, Mitsubishi Logistics Corporation as its parent companies. We have offices located in 16 countries mainly in Asia, and is also promoting Japanese food materials in Hong Kong. In addition, it is actively expanding its business to meet Hong Kong's growing demand for Japanese food.
Agri-Holdings aims to build a global value chain of agriculture and food. The company conducts logistics and marketing based on requests from wholesalers, origin, restaurants, retail shops, trading companies, logistics companies, and etc. With those functions, JP Bridge will provide a platform to support the global supply chain of food. By cooperating with various stakeholders, by filling the missing parts each other, we abandon the idea of competition but promote the value chain and supply chain service. -We cooperate with various stakeholders in order to join together the strength of each instead of competition, to promote the value chain and supply chain service.
